"I would like to congratulate the Staten Island Community Center on their 7th annual Community Festival. The SICC provides essential services for the youth in our community, whether they be after-school programs or summer camps. As the fastest growing borough in the city, events such as this help to cement Staten Island's multi-ethnic patchwork and give our community organizations and businesses a chance to get their name out and inform the public of their services. I value their efforts and appreciate their continuing contributions to our community."
